"We have been members of the Lincoln Athletic Club since 1984 and love the facilities and family environment. Chuck is an avid racquetball player and Louise is a dedicated participant in Body Step and Boot Camp. Our three children (now grown), grew up using the junior gym and pool facilities. Our youngest son, Matt, now 24 is also a member and an active racquetball player. He learned to play in LAC’s junior program. He is currently the Nebraska State Champion. Our 5 grandchildren now look forward to spending time in the nursery and junior gym. The Lincoln Athletic Club is an important part of our daily routine. We really appreciate the friendly staff, clean facilities and family oriented activities."

"I am a 64 year old running enthusiast that didn’t begin exercising until age 55. After four years, I had run several marathons and felt like I couldn’t improve my times and my energy was beginning to lack. Since I joined the Lincoln Athletic Club five years ago my energy levels have increased significantly and I finally started to run sub- four hour marathons. By the end of this year, I will have run 40 marathons in ten years. Now can I do this! It is because the group classes at the LAC keep me physically strong and motivated. The instructors and trainers are always happy to answer my questions and to provide suggestions to improve my fitness. Each week you can find me at a Body Pump, spinning, and kick boxing class. I have attended boot camps, Krav Maga, Body Flow and even challenged myself to swimming lessons so I could do the swim in a triathalon. It's an extremely friendly environment from the front desk, to the trainers/instructors and business office. I wouldn't be in the shape I am in if it wasn't for the team at the Lincoln Athletic Club. I am enjoying the benefits of long term health, and the best fitness ever. You are NEVER too old to get started and with help from a great club you will achieve your fitness and health goals."
