Youth Elite Speed & Strength
To develop proper running mechanics and strength through proper technique for optimal athletic performance. With correct form, technique, and hard work any athlete can improve their athletic performance and potential.
Training Goals to Achieve Optimum Athletic Performance by:
- Improving awareness & self confidence
- Teaching basic and proper sprinting mechanics
- Developing the posterior chain for the athlete
- Reducing risk for injury
Class times offered:
- Monday-Thursday 5-6pm
- Friday 4-5pm

Lincoln Athletic Club Summer Beast Program
This program is designed for middle school youth to increase their speed, strength & endurance over the summer! Classes will be taught by Certified Personal LAC Trainer, Dylan Dragoo. Class size is limited to 6 participants & workouts will be 4 days per week. Workouts will be held in June & July on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for a monthly total of 16 workouts!
